Thomas Markle has been released with the condition that he wears an electronic tag. He also avoided having to pay a bond in order to secure his release. After his arrest in Florida, Markle appeared in federal court in Tampa where the electronic monitoring condition was imposed. Future court hearings will eventually move to California where the FBI say much of the evidence was found.
