James Gunn Confirms Harley Quinn Will Join the New DC Universe
James Gunn has stated that Harley Quinn will eventually become part of the new DC Universe. While Margot Robbie may be finished playing the character, Gunn expressed willingness to have her return if she wishes.
As the new DC Universe continues to grow, James Gunn has addressed the status of the popular character Harley Quinn and her place in the ongoing franchise. Gunn stated that the character will almost certainly return to the screen in the future.
Regarding the casting of the anti-hero, reports indicate that Margot Robbie, who previously portrayed the character across three movies in the previous DCEU, may be finished with the role. However, Gunn noted that if Robbie wants to play the character again, he would bend over backwards to make it work and explain her presence in the world.
