Netflix Orders Live-Action Stranger Things Spinoff Other Worlds

Netflix has officially ordered a brand new live-action spinoff series continuing the universe of the popular show set in Hawkins, Indiana. The upcoming project has been given the title Other Worlds: A Stranger Things Adventure.

While some reports describe the project simply as a live-action spinoff, others specifically refer to it as a prequel. The long-gestating series has now been officially ordered to series at the streaming platform.

Fans looking forward to the expansion of the franchise will have to wait several years. The new adventure is expected to debut on the streaming service in 2028.
